Who processes data
The application is operated by Exchange Kharkiv Gradusnik at 21 Constitution Square, Kharkiv, Ukraine. For privacy questions, call +38 (095) 801-23-14 or +38 (068) 076-30-00.
Data we receive
- name and phone number entered in a profile or exchange request;
- request details: operation, currency, amount, comment, rate and status;
- technical request data: IP address and User-Agent for spam prevention and troubleshooting.
The app does not use advertising SDKs and does not collect precise location, contacts, photos, payment cards or bank account details.
How data is used
Data is used only to process and manage exchange requests, contact the customer, show request history and status, prevent spam, and meet lawful obligations of the exchange office.
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Request details may be sent to authorized managers through Telegram for prompt processing. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and user rights
The local profile remains on the device until sign-out or app removal. Request data on the server is retained only as long as needed for processing, security and legal obligations.
A user may request access, correction or deletion. Data that must be retained by law may be kept for the applicable period.
Profile and data deletion
To remove the local profile, tap Log out in the Account section. To request deletion of requests and server data linked to your phone number, send a request through WhatsApp or Telegram and include the phone number used in the app.
We will confirm the request and complete deletion within a reasonable period, normally within 7 business days.
